Steve Bulpitt is the COO of 180fusion. Steve is responsible for the execution of all client services and manages the overall operations of 180fusion. With extensive online marketing experience, Steve also oversees and supervises strategy and planning of account management, customer service, training, and product delivery at our Center of Excellence in Utah. Under Steve’s leadership, 180fusion has grown several thousand percent and scaled the employee base in each product line. Growing up on the outskirts of Vancouver (Yes… he’s Canadian. Don’t hold it against him), Steve enjoyed training and competing for Canada in the decathlon. His continual hard work, dedication and determination helped him become the bronze medalist Decathlete in Pan Am Junior games.
Continuing with that Decathlete mentality, Mr. Bulpitt has been as successful in entrepreneurship as he was on the field. The experience of starting and growing his businesses has made him a leader in the internet marketing and website development industries for the past 10 years. He has co-authored the book “Tips & Traps When Incorporating your Business”. Steve graduated from Brigham Young University. He actively serves in his community as a leader in the Boy Scouts of America while still making time for his family of 5 kids.

Since coming to 180fusion a couple years ago, Brad has excelled at leading the sales/business development team at fueling quarter-over-quarter, year-over-year growth, and working hands on with new and prospective clients at structuring solutions that allow their businesses to not only prosper in the short term, but have blueprints for continuous growth. He is ROI and solution oriented and insanely passionate the industry. When not working, writing, or speaking, he enjoys all sports with a ball and spending time with his wife and 1 year old daughter.

Mischa Altbach is the Sales Manager at 180fusion, and is a proven leader in sales. Mischa is incredibly metric driven, and his strategies involve new customer acquisition programs through sales training, personnel development, and strategic data management that allow for consistently high rates of productivity and results.
With nearly 15 years of Direct Marketing experience, Mischa has worked previously to develop scaleable call center programs, as well as implement sales training programs for companies both of which have permitted them to facilitate successful inbound and outbound customer acquisition. He has successfully managed telemarketing teams of up to 60 agents, and consistently led them to exceeding team and company goals.
